I think this is the valve located in the middle section of the exhaust. If the electrical connector is fine, you can try to spray it (the spring portion of it) with W-40 to see if it can get loose. If not, you may need to change it, which is a relatively straight forward and easy.

OK, I'll have to look and see if it's still there. I didn't think there was anything left 'cept a muffler and resonator.
