Hello!
I've noticed metal particles in the diesel filter. I observed this at the 150,000 km service and replaced the filter. I drove 200 km and noticed particles in the filter after that short time. When I changed the filter, I cleaned the filter housing and installed a new one. During the first change (picture 2), I noticed somewhat larger metal particles, whereas after checking again after 200 km, it was more like dust. Please see the attached pictures; sorry for the poor quality. Will this be an expensive repair if the entire fuel system needs to be replaced, or is this something expected on a 14-year-old car with 150,000 km?
