2015 Sportwagen, TDI 6sp manual, top trim level. this car has just had the timing belt done has 155.00 on the clock. wondering what its worth on the market

2017 Alltrack SE; Totaled 2015 Passat SEL, BB 2010 Sedan Man; 2012 Passat SE w/ Nav,
I hope its better than our 2015 Passat SEL, State Farm is stating market value of our totaled car at 112K was "generous" at 9.6K.

Paperwork of our timing belt job done 1200 miles prior only added about $100 to its value.

I provide comps they are still "reviewing".

cheap gas and high diesel is killing the market for these TDIs.

And the EPA shutting down the parts manufacturers for doing a delete and tuners that support that. Plus you can't find people competent to work on them properly. Dealers will charge you through the nose to do anything to them. Also, availability of emissions parts seems to be an issue as well. I have advised my daughter to sell her 2015 Passat TDI for this very reason. It's out of warranty and if anything happens she can't afford to fix anything emissions wise. I wouldn't advise anybody that's not fully knowledgeable about these cars to own one at this point. Unless you're willing to learn and can do most of your own work.
