Malone tune question

Hey Guys
I purchased an 03 that was in an accident (total). I bought it for the performance stuff the guy had on it. The ecu has been tuned by Molone.
Can the ecu just be swapped? My car is an 00 tried it car starts and dies. No immobilizer issue according to the dash light. Any idea how I can run this tune?

Do the ecu letter codes match? The codes are probably different being they are from 2 different model ecu's. 00 and 03 ecu have different files, and I'm not sure you can mix them.

Yea I seriously doubt they match. My kid insisted it would work. That's why you never listen to your kid!
My trucks tuner is Vin locked and can only be used on another truck once the tune is pulled. I figured there would be something different. Is there a way to get it changed to my code?

Run the software found below to see if the immo is truly not the problem. Starts + Immediately Dies sounds like the immo is doing its job.

I have Vcds. It does seem like the emobilizer is the cause.
I also thought the light with key would flash?

Does the immo light up with everything else when you turn the key On?

Anyway, read the other thread & use that software to delete the immo.

Yes the Immo. comes on and shuts off when the engine starts as it has always done. Then it just shuts down as if something was shutting it off..
I attempted to contact Malone and set up an account but for some reason It won't except my info to move forward.. This car was an auto converted to a stick if that makes any difference. Also egr was deleted and my car still has it.
Is this something that can cause an issue? The egr flap. Isn't shutting? Not sure but maybe the fuel is shutting down?
