Looking to buy 2014 Q5 TDI

Hi, thinking its time to move away from my JSW and buy a Q5, I know the 3.0TDi is an amazing engine, and I found one in great condition with around 110k miles.
Just curious if they're anything I should be worried about. I did some reading, I don't have my ross tech cable with me at the moment, but will get it next week, so I will for sure check the ash levels and the chain stretch. I'm not sure if there is anything else I need to worry about, oil changes were done <10k and changed at least once a year (if milage was not attained) so maintenance wise looks good.
Im looking more for confirmation that I need to buy this, and delete it asap

It will basically not have much in common with what you're familiar with.... but if you have VCDS and take the time to educate yourself, they can be great. Make sure you PPI it really good, especially using VCDS.

Thanks, i was able to test drive it solo, which gave me a window of time to really look at everything.
i def need to scan the ecu and see whats hiding.
even the sunroof was quiet, no squeaks or rattles.
im out of town for next week so, when I get back ill take my PC and grab all the info

Best all around vehicle, period. Im big on audi vw but this , size, chassis and motor combination is (was) very hard to top. 600mi range or more. Plenty of torque. GLWP
