I have been working on the spreadsheet for the Volunteering this year and I have come up with the following. If you are unable to help out at any of the places where you are listed for, let me know and I'll make the changes. The list is looking great! Thanks to everyone who is volunteering their time this year. It's a huge help - we've all been very very busy on the planning side of things and it's really great to see everything coming together!

Did I hear that we have sold out the hotel rooms and have gone to OVERFLOW??? That's the ticket!

That is correct, BeetleGo! There are a few hotel rooms left at the main hotel and plenty of space at the overflow hotel (at the same price!).

Thanks again to all of the volunteers who helped make the weekend such a great success! The volunteers directed traffic, manned the registration suite and raffle table, answered questions and provided information, manned various events and really contributed to a friendly and fun atmosphere.

You all ROCK!

I regret having to miss this event. Volunteering is one of the best ways to put names to faces around here (some of them you may have known for YEARS online), and to feel like you're contributing to a worthwhile affair! It's also a great way to become a more active member because you'll be more likely to volunteer next time too, which then makes it more likely that you take care of your car properly because you have people to answer to! It's funny how that works!

Hopefully Ill be able to make it next year and help out again, it was nice to meet new people and something I definitely need to work on lol. I will say this though too, Im glad fest was last weekend and not this one, turns out thursday is surprise appendicitis day!

Lovely! Jason, Drew and I all have a virus that is behaving like Strep. I just got back from the doctor and it is fortunately not Strep, but this virus is definitely going around according to the doc.

Good luck with the appendicitis.

The appendix was out in under an hour. Now I have a week off work and homebound for most of it. I can't drive anywhere due to narcotic painkillers, but I already feel a lot better. I would have been upset if I missed fest due to this lol.

Going to the arts fest in my hometown this weekend. Ya'll take care.
