I am looking for people to help out and volunteer at TDIFest this year. We need people to help run events, answer questions, help with setting things up and many other things....

When I say I'm local, I really mean it. I live in Canton which is the next town over from Ypsi. I'm literally about 10 minutes from the Marriott. Work and family might get in the way, but I'll do my best to coordinate.

• Goody bag stuffers - Thursday night - 4 volunteers
• Registration suite setup - Friday morning - 3 volunteers
• Raffle/Auction item collection & cataloging - Friday morning & afternoon - 3 volunteers
• Registration greeters, goody bag passer-outers - Friday evening & Saturday morning - 2 volunteers
• Parking lot staffers, direction givers - Friday afternoon & evening - 3 volunteers
• Meet & Greet bouncers - Friday evening - 2 volunteers
• Saturday Breakfast bouncers - Saturday morning - 2 volunteers
• Vendor setup assistants - Saturday morning - 2 volunteers
• Parking lot staffers, direction givers - Saturday afternoon - 3 volunteers
• Raffle table volunteers - Saturday morning & afternoon - 2 volunteers
• Kart 2 Kart bouncers, food & setup/cleanup assistants - Saturday evening - 3 volunteers
• Show & Shine parking/judging assistants - Sunday morning & afternoon - 3 volunteers
• Raffle table & drawing - Sunday morning & afternoon - 2 volunteers
• Banquet setup & bouncers - Sunday evening - 2 volunteers
• Auction - Sunday evening - 2 volunteers
• Post event cleanup - Monday morning - 4 volunteers

You guys know I'll be around for anything that needs doin'. I've already got a tentative schedule going:
Registration on Saturday 9-11
Kids room for a good portion of the day most likely on either day
Go-fer for everything
co-Vanna for auction on Sunday, if I have to.

I'd like to get out an explore at some point, never been to MI before. So... who knows

I am working out the Volunteer requirements and will be contacting those that posted here and PM'ed me about Volunteering in the next few weeks
