I have to ALH cars I need TB kits done on and with my current work schedule I simply don’t have the time.
Looking for a Trusted Mech/Guru in Sacramento, NorCal or Central Valley

I fell your pain. The directory here is outdated and of zero help.

There is a guy that used to own his own VW shop for years in Modesto. He is now @ Walkers Automotive. VW Service & Repair. 407 14th Street Modesto

I don't know why I failed to mention "Motor Motion Automotive" in Modesto. They've previously done my TB & WP on my JSW cjaa and are presently looking into a battery drain issue. They seem very knowledgeable with the VWs.

I just went to Kombi Haus here in Sacramento for a DMF on my 2010 Golf TDI. Price was fair at $1800. They really know VW's and TDI's. Several of the guys working there own TDI's. Give them a call.

another props for Kombi Haus in Sacramento. If you're willing to go to the bay area, yes griffin is expensive but excellent, as is Tomas Sport Tuning. I've had work done on my MK4s by all 3 of these folks.

I have had very good work done at Drakes Automotive group in Auburn. They are fast, responsive and have contacted me any time they find something else wrong with my vehicle. I have spot checked them on parts prices and they are always on par or cheaper, and have always disclosed if a part was "reconditioned" with my approval before the install.

howdy neighbor! I live right up the road in Folsom. What's their rate at Drakes for a proper TDI oil change?
