Hey Guys,

Title says it all, looking for a set of 18" rims for the Jetta. I prefer 5/6 spoke w/ the black & machined face finish. The set I really like are the Katana KR10's (18x7.5), however, they are not available in the 5x112 bolt pattern.

The Enkei FD-05's are basically the same rim (18x7.5) only they come with a 53 offset. I'm wondering if these will fit or the offset may be too much. Possibly have to use spacers to keep the from hitting and being recessed too much?

The Enkei G5's would probably be my next option. They are a 18x8 w/ either a 35 or 45 offset.

I'm open to other options as well but there doesn't seem to be much out there as far as the black w/ machined face goes.

From what I've read, OEM 18"s run offsets anywhere from 40 to 51.

This would be the first set of rims I've ever bought for a car (many for pickups) so any help to get it right the first time is much appreciated. Plus, my winters will thank you, as I can hear them scream at me every time I drive in the warm weather we are having.

I have a set of VW Charlestons if you wanted to keep the OEM look while adding some style.
I'll sell them for $900 shipped OBO, they have about 17,000 miles on them with BF Goodrich G-Force Super Sports.

Check out my thread for the wheels if you don't know how they look, also to see what they look like on a Jetta MK6.
