There is one in Lake Mills within a stones throw from Topels garage. It's on the opposite side of the street and down maybe 50 yards to the south? There are some of Ft. as well.

See the 3rd map. Find Monti's. Directly south, right across Sandy Beach Road is the car wash. Literally less than a stones throw (even with my weak little girly arms).

Is the car wash a brushless car wash or is it a do it yourself?

I believe they have 2 or 3 bays, one of which is definitely do it yourself, and one that is automatic (not sure if it is brushless). I'm pretty sure there are 2 do it yourself bays.
