Good afternoon! Needing some help. Had an engine replaced on an Audi A3 2011 tdi by a mechanic that did not know what he was doing. When we got the car back there were several electrical issues. Left front light and turn signal / tail lights / left rear turn signal / abs all not working. Checked all fuses and they are all good. Checked all the wires coming out of the engine compartment fuse box and they test 14 volts. Checked the relay in the fuse box in the engine compatmenr. Checked all the fuses in the drivers side dash. Checked left rear light and not getting any power at the plug. Any ideas or help is greatly appreciated.

I know this sounds stupid, but have you swapped bulbs to check? You might have seen a voltage spike across the right hand side (killed the headlight bulb and torched the rest).

I would run a VCDS scan and see if you're still receiving any signals from the various lights - if not, it might have nuked them

The ABS is interesting. Turn the car on and turn the wheel all the way left, hold, then all the way right, hold, then back to center. See if that doesn't recalibrate it
