Does anybody knoe if the remote can be programmed to unlock all of the doors on the first click?

I'm not sure about an Audi, but on a 2009+ VW I'm pretty sure that this change can be made through the MFD menus. Check your owner's manual. If not, I'm sure it can be done with VCDS.

Have Fun!

I've set mine up to unlock all the doors and the hatch with one click on the remote. It can be changed in the MFD menu as JSWTDI09 said.

If you go to "Setup" in the MFD menu, then select "Doors" and then "Unlock" you can choose (1) unlock the driver door or (2) unlock all doors. I'm setup to unlock all doors.

Now when you press the unlock on the remote it will unlock all doors and the hatch.
