Just about the worst documents handling

Sent a power of attorney in and got back a red exclamation mark saying it was wrong and to submit it correctly. No pointing out what line or what comma, or what signature was wrong. What total bulls---!!!!!!! Gone from VW For ever. Bought a Hyundai.

Now I have to call the claim number and waste a day talking to people who don't know what they are doing.

Update: Timed my call to the call center at the stroke of the second hand at 7 am and got through to a person who knew what she was doing. She looked at my Power of Attorney and said I had to include my drivers license.( not stated anywhere). I uploaded it as she watched, saw that it came in and changed my red mark to Under Review. Maybe I'm closer. We'll find out soon.

Don't worry, they'll hang up on you in short order and you'll get to roll your dice with another call center member. I think this is VW's revenge on us.

A) Because they are pessimistic, and VW has traditionally handled this with excellent customer service.
B) Because they are realistic, and VW has traditionally handled this with poor customer service.

Those are the possibilities I see.
