ok here it is... Joe put it best in the GTG thread so I'll just quote him here..

We have plenty of space to keep beverages cold, ice is always appreciated...

Here's what we got covered so far..

bubbastdi2003- famous "kitchen sink beans"
Lug_Nut- Some deserts / sweets
TopherDI- A case of beer, probably Stegmaier, or Sam adams
rocketeer928- Ted's Surprise candy, bottles of juices, and napkins
scubagli- baked beans, some wings, Some beer, random other things
MayorDJQ- 12pack of soda and 12pack of beer, some brats, rolls, chips
Jon Fernandes- plastic forks, knives, spoons, and napkins and paper towels
Ofhs93- State Fair marinated chicken for the grill
ACHTUNG TDI- 36 pack of 12 oz regular Pepsi, 32 pack of 12 oz diet Coke, 32 pack of 0.5 liter Poland Spring water, 1 bag of Tostitos, 1 bag of Doritos, lots of ice

There will be a 60lb pig roasted, a turkey deep fried, and tons of other grillable goodies..

WHAT WE NEED:
Disposables: serving spoons, plastic: cups, forks, spoons, knives, plates, and bowls..... napkins, paper towels.

Beverages: liquor, beer, soda, juice, milk, bottled water, ice....

Food for the grill: People should bring any food items they can think of.... meat/fish/sausages/kielbasa/veggies/hot dogs/burgers

Cold salads: mac, pasta, potato, tortellini, bean etc......

Breads: hamburger/hot dog buns, hard rolls...etc

Food for the fryer: The sky is the limit.... I can make a beer batter or seasoned flour for anything imaginable so don't be scared to get creative..

Pans of food:
Any pans of hot food you want to bring (mac & cheese, beans, lasagna, etc) can be heated up and kept hot as I will provide steam tables w/bunson burners...

Heres what I'm bringing:
- 60lbs Kingsford charcoal for pig & grilling
- charcoal chimney
- a variety of spices & herbs to season anything people bring me to cook.
- my own secret recipe marinades
- sauces (buffalo, bbq, soy, teriyaki...etc)
- tools for cooking, full knife set, and cutting boards
- aluminum steam tables w/bunson burners. I can hold 10 pans of food hot.
- my band MazMyth!

I'll bring a case of beer - any preferences? If nobody speaks up I'll probably bring a case of Stegmaier.
How about Samuel Adams...

Haven't met one that i didn't like - well.........except for the cherry wheat. Fruit belongs in cocktails not beer.

Consider it done.

I'll bring a 12pack of soda and 12pack of beer. One of the local stores has a pretty good selection of microbrews and seasonals.

Also, some brats, rolls, chips. If I think of something else I'll post it.

I'm pretty sure I'm going to bring some State Fair marinated chicken for the grill...I'll keep an eye on the thread to see if there is anything else that falls through the cracks.

One BIG suggestion...someone (or a couple people) should make Ice as a main contribution. There is a China*Mart down the road along with a few other places that sell it nearby. I'm thinking at least 100-150lbs of ice needed for the day...quite possibly more depending on the weather.

Good idea.. if every TDI brings one small bag of ice there should be more than enough to keep everything cold.
I'll stop at a Sam's Club on my way up and pick up two six packs of ice. That's 12 seven pound bags. They're the cheapest around, and I'll stop at the one in Mt. Olive, NJ just off Route 80 and 206 when they open at 10 am. It's about a buck a bag so if you want more let me know (even if it lowers my mpg).

Here are the beverages I picked up along with some snacks:

36 pack of 12 oz regular Pepsi
32 pack of 12 oz diet Coke
32 pack of 0.5 liter Poland Spring water

1 bag of Tostitos
1 bag of Doritos

I'll bring lots of ice too!

Can the first post in this food thread be updated with lists of items that are still needed?
40 people showing up at 8 am, each with bags of ice, won't be much good.
I'm not a chef, so I can't be trusted with any cooking. I'm coming from 4 hrs away, so frozen items are not likely to be in that state when I arrive.
Since I don't see any deserts / sweets listed yet, I'll commit to bringing a selection of those.
and a bag of charcoal for which I have no use.

and some locally sourced bags of ice.

4 hrs is good time for your frozen food to thaw and be ready for the grill!! No need to bring charcoal as I have 80lbs, but if you wanna bring it anyway I'll gladly take it off your hands as it's all I use.

Yea, and update to the first post is a good idea.

oh by the way Joe, we have 2 more charcoal chimneys.. I bought one last year, then Mitch bought another one due to the coolness factor and the lack of requiring lighter fluid.. Good stuff.. definitely worth the $7

I'll have one available as well...though I'll be in Easton all next week (won't be able to drop it off to Jason during the week)...I don't know what time Joe plans on getting the coals going...or if he would have the *need* for 4 chimney's? I can bring it up on fest day.

I'm guessing that by 5PM we will be in need of some more ice and non-alchoholic beverages, if it's a warm day.

I'm getting hungry just thinking about that pepper jack mac n cheese and pulled pork.
