Jetta TDI will not start at first try

The dealer change:

fuel filter, no improovement

change back flow valve on fuel line….no improvement

change fuel pump in reservoir…no improovement

the called va engineer from Toronto, suggested change on line fuel pump, no improvement

suggested change the 3rd fuel pump close to engine, no improovement

the dealer tells me they don’t know what else to do, they ask me to run it for test, …….no improvement
No charge on these repair as it is on guarantee until 2024.

the problem still not resolve.

Ils en parlent de ce problème.
Même moi, j'ai ce problème à une certaine température extérieur. J'ai lu quelque part qu'il y avait eu une note de service en Europe pour ce problème, mais pas ici.
