AC not blowing cool ever. Fans not working ever. I replaced the RCV and still no good. There is power going to the compressor but the level of power going to it seems low and does not change even if fan speed is changed on the inside of car. I was going to replace the cooling fan relay but read on here that the 2006 does not have this? what do i replaced instead? or do i jump right to changing the fan motors. perhaps one of them is not working causing them both to not work. Last summer compressor was replaced and already this summer it does not work (maybe it never did). 282K miles
