I noticed orange residue on a black hose . took a little bit and it smells like coolant .

Is this coolant hose ?

if i need to replace it , what part number is it ? should i replace anything else with the hose ?

When i replace it , Should i drain the coolant first ?

If i need to drain the coolant , how to do it ?

Thanks guys .

Yep. We have a few hoses like that and ones actually slightly wet but I haven't bothered replacing it. Losing a few drops is nothing.

Dried up coolant. It may be sealing the leak so don't knock it off until your ready to replace the hose and clamp.

There is probably nothing wrong with the hose. The clamp looks like it may be out of place (too far from the end of the hose). It's probably fine to just leave alone unless you see that it is actually wet there. If you want to do something with it I would pull the hose loose and clean the hose and metal pipe and reinstall making sure the clamp is placed correctly.
