Is Paypal down?

Hello! Newbee here! I have been trying to do the $20 account upgrade but I keep getting a msg that says Paypal is not working please try another time. But the donation paypal button seems to be working OK . Am I doing something wrong? Is there some secret squirrel code to pay for an account upgrade? Can someone help out a newbee?

If you click the purchase button you get a message that PayPal isn't working - but the PayPal donation button on the main page does work.

Its under your account profile. But it seems like they don't use this feature anymore. You can just upload pixs using media tab at top.
