IS anyone else having issues with the forums being excessively slow?

for the last week and still ongoing, it takes about 2 minutes to load this site and another 5 minutes to navigate around and upload and usually it fails and 404's or times out. is this an issue that admins know about or is it just me. I pinged this site and both free ping test and is it down all report normal speeds but i am experiencing excessively slow and the mobile version on my phone wont even pull up the site and says unresponsive. i have tried from a friends home and same results from a few towns over and different ISP's
What's going on? or am i being punished for being snooty or something?

Its 100$ my account here on the server. I can see the site just fine and it runs normally fast If I'm logged out. No matter where I log in from (phone, pc, friends pc, or vpn) it becomes 100% unusable from the wait and most of the time fail to load. Whatever it is, it's on the server side on my account and no my end. It's not my ip or anything like that, if I make a new account it runs perfectly fine from my ip address or over vpn... ect.... but no. My account has been restricted.

It happens the moment i click login but only when my account was last logged in. If I log into my wife's account the issue is not there.
