4X4 Mini-Truck DIESEL POWER! - $5500 (Mechanicsburg)

For sale is an IFA/Multicar M24. It was sold in this country under the name Trident and titled in Pennsylvania as such. It is a 4x4 mini truck that is street legal and inspected, with a Barns 28gal/minute hydraulic pump mounted to the transmission that will run just about anything you want to hook up to it. The four wheel drive system is advanced, with locking center and rear differentials, gear reduction axles, ect. Low range 1st gear wide open throttle will do maybe 2mph max. It has a 4 speed manual transmission with a top speed of 62mph with the 31x10.5 tires. This is a very unusual vehicle based on a VW diesel with lots of potential. It is registered as a 3/4 ton and is legally allowed to haul 1900lbs. (approximately 1 ton). It weighs 7100lbs empty, and max gross weight on the title is 18000lbs. (probably wrong, more like 12000, but just want to point it out). For those of you not understanding the aforementioned information, it boils down to this: M24's are heavy duty diesel mini work trucks that can go anywhere. The operative word here is truck, as in it is a work tool, not a Buick. No a/c, no power steering, and there is a hydraulic seat. That means that the suspension is so heavy and rough, you need extra suspension in the seat to be able to drive it comfortably. It is a diesel, so it is loud like a diesel. And it is a work truck, not some beautiful and flawless grandpa truck. If you want to haul a ton of wood up a 4wheeler trail and split it on site with an attached hydraulic splitter, this is it. If you want a Buick, look elsewhere.
Mechanically sound, ready to roll, only 1,200 original miles. Has a tow hitch on the front to move it from place to place conveniently.
