I have a Skoda superb mk2 2.0 tdi cbbb and I bought a gtb2060v turbo from mb 350cdi bluetec. I realised that the new turbo has watercooling feeds and I am not sure how and where should I connect these and also which one is "feed" and which one "return"? Also should I take the actuator from the "old" turbo?

Not sure about the actuator, but speaking from turbos in general, as long as there is coolant flow, it'll be fine. You can go either direction in most applications.

I couldn't find any drawing of this turbo and not sure which hole is which. I added some photos.

Water in on the flange with 3 lines. (the hole that there has been no oil in.)
Oil in is the oily small hole.
Oil out is the oily big hole
Water out is the single line (installed high)

I don't understand. Is this water out?

Then what is this pipe?

On the bottom you have 2 oil holes and 1 water.
Use the EGR water lines to connect for turbo cooling. This is what i use in my setups.

Thank you for answering, but I have one more problem. I bought the original gasket for the hoses holes, but it was too small and 2 holes didn't fit properly. Then I made a new gasket out of thin steel, but it started to leak when I started a car.

What I supposed to use for a gasket or what material I need to use to make custom?
