Any suggestions on cleaning bug stuff off the front of the car. I've been driving back and forth to my parents...helping them out and I've hit every bug there and back again.
I'll wash the car and it looks ok but when drying, I notice 'spots' and no matter how hard I scrub, they won't come off.
Any paint friendly substances y'all are aware of? :(

Thx....

Your paint may be damaged where the bugs were.....I will let someone
familiar with our paint type make a recommendation for a fix. (polish??)

I spray diluted simple green (bought already diluted at home depot) on
the bugs and then drive into car wash. Seems to help alot!!

if you have allowed highly acidic bugs to dry on surface for long time you can use baking soda and a paint brush - keep them wet with a baking soda water mix for about 15 minutes longer is better than wash away. Polish and the rest is history.

Use Rejex...

after cleaning them off...I use it on my other car and even after they have been on the bumper for four days, they sprayed off with a power washer.
