Injection Deviation Values Changing

I have been trying to sort out an occasionally uneven idle in my 2005 BEW and checked the injection deviation values. I found that with the engine warm the individual values were changing significantly over time. Any thoughts as to what might be causing this?

The car has 200,000 km, was getting good fuel economy a few tanks back (my daughter has been filling it up and she does not write down mileage) and can break the tires loose in 1st. When warm it runs smoothly except for this slight occasional shudder at idle, but after a summer cold start it is not particularly smooth under load below 1500 then smooths out around 2000.

I just changed all three engine mounts (IDparts set) because the original front engine mount was sagging and deformed and I was getting a lot of noise and vibration at low revs. The new mounts made a significant difference but not back to new car smooth.

For the last three years I have been getting an occasional code for a glowplug, but only at warm ambient temps.

I'm wondering if this could be a harness issue, dirty injectors or camshaft?
