Ok Folks!! here is what you have beeen waiting for The BIG ONE,
What: ImpexFest IX
When: May 14th, 2010 4:00pm-10:00pm Tent Raising and Possibly Dinner
May 15th, 2019 9:00am-6:00pm
We are renting 1 20 by 30 foot tent! Just like last year
Address: 10821 Willamson Lane Bldg 3E Cockeysville, MD 21030

I will need some assistance this year as I now work in my Families Business and I work 6-7 days a week!!
At this point in time due to my Working Schedule I am not even certain I will be able to attend this year........

I could use some assistance in setting up the 1 20 by 30 foot tent Friday.Between 4-6 PM Afterwards we may go to dinner.........

8:00pm FRIDAY evening, Dinner -Bertucci's Restaurant 1818 York Road, Timonium, MD Tentative at this time !!

Finally, an Impex Event that doesn't fall on a day of my daughters planned birthday parties. Yippee.

I would be interested in the dent removal if I can pull my headliner out.

Hopefully, I will have the turbo in buy then and maybe the injectors, perfect time to update the RC3. (is Jeff going to be there?)

Me and my brother George will be there!

Hopefully my Rabbit will be done by then (been in shop for over a year getting motor rebuilt).
And George has finally completed his TDI-GLI project (next is "Stage4" build)

Sadly though I will probably be working inside most of the day getting you guys your parts and what not

We will try to make it out to Bertucci's too, we miss that every year.

Sadly, we have not gone to Bertucci's for a couple of years........and unless someone else plans it it won't happen this year either.......
John has stated he does not want to do over the counter sales that day and wants anyone needing parts to order before hand for pick-up.........
I cannot stress this enough do not go to Impex on the day of the GTG and expect to pick-up parts if you didn't order in advance.

I am coming and I think my Dad will bring his "new to him" B4 Passatt Wagon.

Tomo- Can we get a food list started as to who is bringing what? Last year I noticed plenty of dogs, burgers, brats etc. and not many pasta/potato salads, sodas etc. I plan on bringing pasta salad, Italian susage and some kind of cookies,brownies or cupcakes.

People who are traveling from afar............You can pick something up for the picnic table within a mile from IMPEX on York Road. There are many grocery stores or even a KFC to get a bucket of chicken.

I am coming and I think my Dad will bring his "new to him" B4 Passatt Wagon.

Don't be too suprised, I live in Baltimore, and would say with confidence that Maryland and the Mid Atlantic is huge on VW and Audi and TDI's (just look at badges when driving).
Tuning in general is big here for Asian and Domestic too.

My brother who travels to random places for work says he might not see a single VW or German car.

You know whats worse? I was in Vancouver for the opening week of the Olympics, 95% of their cabs are Priuses, man that got my nerves! It looks and feels like Europe, except they have similar food and drive SUV's and Prius taxi cabs. (there are a couple prius cabs in baltimore now)

Bring your dad, it's lots of fun.

I just spoke with Tim from Dent Wizard and he said he will be there. He is NOT changing his pricing. He indicated it was $50 for the first panel and $25 for additional ones. He said that most cars are $100 or less unless they are really bad.

Awesome! I was just thinking today on way home from work "I wonder when IMPEXfest will be this year"? I'll be there again this year. Had a great time last year.

I'm be driving the Beetle. I'll be bringing out some goodies I plan in installing when I do my timing belt later this summer for "show and tell".

Looking forward to seeing everyone again!
