I'm Finally Back in a VW

After trading my '12 Passat TDI for a '14 Focus ST, I am finally and thankfully back in a VW, this time a GTI (S, 4-dr, 6M, performance and lighting packages - a very hard combo to find without ordering). They're giving these things away right now. Sticker was $28,905 and I got it for $22,720.

By the way, I've seen this commercial twice since I brought the car home yesterday. Never really paid much attention to it until I saw that my car is in the commercial! Well, not mine, but one just like mine:

I looked high and low and couldn't find a new TDI in stock anywhere.

How long will I keep it? With the miles I drive, 2-3 years most likely.

That is because VW probably will never bring in another TDI they are Going to buy mine back for nearly 30K.....

The GTI is nice . Plenty of mods that can be had with the TSI engine

I hope the 3rd gen TSI engines don't turn out to be a disaster . Too much riding on them
