That black jetta is bad arse. It's very fast and very well built. You know that because it has a BMW grille and lots of vents/ducts. All indicative of a very very fast car.
I'd hate to be the poor soul who had to wash it afterward. Getting road grime and bugs off paint is bad enough, but fur?NarfBLAST said:Hold on, this car has not been "accessorized", this is an art car. Art cars are cool. I don't think anyone could help but smile and think happy thoughts if they saw this cuddly little critter on the road.
That's why you need the big-a$$ rifle to kill that sucker.ZiggyTheHamster said:Yeah, it's an art car, but some of these people think their cars are art too!
Also, if I saw that thing in my rearview, it'd look like a giant rat. Which would be scary.
Or one monster of a cat.lovemybug said:That's why you need the big-a$$ rifle to kill that sucker.![]()

'Smatter? Didn't you ever hear of a "rat rod"? Eh? Eh? Eh, I tried.ZiggyTheHamster said:Also, if I saw that thing in my rearview, it'd look like a giant rat. Which would be scary.
my buddy robert lui refered to that as china-sizingloaba said:I wish I had a picture of what I saw as pure travesty. I spied a mildly used MK IV Jetta TDI, clean, white and very nice. Oh, yeah, there was one problem; the judicious application of awful riced-out decals... Yeah, the child behind the wheel just had to mark his territory. Made me cry, it did.![]()
Dude, you do realize you've posted your car pics in the "How NOT to accessorize your VW" thread right? This thread is generally about slamming what people have done to VW's.aspanier said:Here is my B5.5, I love the VW/Audi styling but they did do a few small things wrong, I painted the lower molding on my passat just because it seems that the body lines suggest to do so. I didn't like the antenna on any of my vw so this one I changed and I'm not sure of the tailights being tinted but they are still bright when the lights are on so I may leave them this way. It looks good to start with so I just changed little things like the inside of the trunk logo looks much cleaner matching the body. I'm curious to see what others think though
Yeah, but I didn't think the jetta was too bad except for the little things like the badgeless grille without the hood patched, so I guess I wanted to make sure I was on the right track.Ookpic said:Dude, you do realize you've posted your car pics in the "How NOT to accessorize your VW" thread right? Personally, I think your car looks great! That's why I was surprised you posted your pics here.aspanier said:Yeah, but I didn't think the jetta was too bad except for the little things like the badgeless grille without the hood patched, so I guess I wanted to make sure I was on the right track.
Those are just a crime against humanity. I'm not sure whether it's more of an insult to the car or to the poor schmucks who have to drive around in it.tdireader said:dont forget the ´geek squad´ NBs
My Nerdmobile was. It still is, just without the decals. Most are gas, but there are a few that are diesel powered. We had to provide our own red Beetles. Some were owned, some were leased. When I was still with them, I'd tell people that we were like Geek Squad, only better.NarfBLAST said:I think the Nerdmobiles might be.
Wait, what? Is there a car there? It must be invisible or something ... all I see is trees.NarfBLAST said:
isn't the s type just a ford fn taurus?vdubdezl said:I dunno about the cadillac/jetta with the mustang cobra R wheels. I had a mustang with the cobra r wheels and hell the're played out on a mustang. at least the blue lowed car they tried to have some style. the grille is nice. And the one with the jag s-type grille....my mom has a REAL jag s-type and trust me those cars are NOTHING what you pay for!!! She just put about 2000.00 in it and still needs more and it is only an 01! The engines for them are about 7000 and the transmission is about 5000!! She wishes that she would never have bought it!!
