Good to hear! Usually (it's been several years now) when Ive called he answers the call. Like a guy that answers his own phone. Frank is a wealth of information so it's typically not a short conversation.

Frank is a really busy man, please be patient. If you want head repair done correctly he is the only person to call; I speak from experience as do many others here.
As mentioned above, a call from Frank is usually never a short phone call.
