Help with Diagnostics 05 Jetta Wagon PD from VAG Codes

Hey Guys,
My neighbor has had this vehicle sitting at his place for 2+ years and I finally convinced him to sell it to me. She needs some love though. She seems to want to start and I'm guessing it likely needs injectors replaced. Vehicle is a 2005 Jetta Wagon PD motor
I'm getting codes:
p310200 Intake Flap motor
P034100 Camshaft Pos. Circ Range
p0101000 Mass or Volume Air flow sensor
P030300 Cyl 3 Misfire
P030400 Cyl 4 misfire
P030000 Random/multi misfire
P030200 Cyl 2 Misfire

What are your thoughts on how to begin digging into this beast? Any help is GREATLY appreciated!!!!

17 year old PD car needs the rocker cover pulled and a camshaft inspection done. Perfect time to look at injector harness. If original probably needs replaced. Injectors are long lived. Harness not so much.
