HELP!!! Shifter tower pin broke now it’s not engaging any gears

I was doing the simple adjustment to the shifter cables. That plastic locking pin sheared. With the car off I can shift into 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Not reverse , 4th or 5th. But when the cars on it feels like I’m in 3rd in 1st and stall out.


Was supposed to be heading out for a vacation tonight. Wanna try to resolve this ASAP. If I can myself.

Hahahahaha nevermind. Shifter cables were not adjusted appropriately. Sorry I brought my momentary freak out online.

Yeah. It was good. Once I worked out the kinks I wished I was able to delete this post. But I’m glad it’s been equally amusing for others.
