Help needed: Passat TDI (NMS) 2012+ without 23N5 flash update

ARD German Radio & TV is urgently searching for a US Passat TDI (NMS) 2012+ without the December 2014 flash update (23N5) for test purposes.

We would like to find out exactly what has been done with this update. Anybody who hasn't been yet at his VW dealer for this update? Thanks for sending me a private message.
