Installed the water pump and everything went smoothly. I followed the hint of loosening the alternator casing to get the alternator to slide off. Topped up and had the thermostat open, and no leaks BUT
For each step I bagged the bolts and nuts but somehow 1 bolt got missed. I am sure it is from dropping the power steering but have dropped the power steering down again and can not see when it might belong.
It is an 8mm bolt same thread as the adjustment bolt on the power steering.
Are there any bolts that hold the alternator bracket on like this one. I have the 4 studs for water pump, and the 4 nuts for the bracket.
If anyone has a detailed pic of the parts manual or any suggestions where the bolt might be missing from much appreciated.
