Hello. I need some help. 2014 Jetta TDI

Battery died. Car sat for 3 or so weeks. No prior problems. Replaced battery with a new fully charged one. Car still won't start. Turns over for a few seconds then stops. Glow plug light and tire pressure light flashes. Cranks really fast but don't start. Take key out of the ignition. Process starts over. Any information appreciated. Thanks

Its cranks normal for a few seconds then stops. If you try to start it again it cranks abnormally fast. Take the key out . Wait a few minutes. Does the same thing again like maybe a security issue

Intercooler icing? May scan the car first have any fault codes.

Is there an ASV on it intake that can stick closed like the older 1.9 TDI?
I know the intercooler iced up could cause the same but wouldn't it be cleared out when the car was last driven?
