Headlights aren't working

Hello everybody,I have a 03 Jetta and my headlights are dim almost like they aren't on but my brights work. I've never had this problem until now. I put some generic LEDs in it in February so and it's been that way for like 2 months. Has anybody had the same problem and how did u fix it? Thanks

Are they still dim with regular bulbs in them?

I haven't put the old bulbs back in yet. I plan on doing that tommorow.
