Hammer mod adjustment for my Jetta TDI

I want to perform a hammer mod adjustment on my Jetta TDI and recall seeing detail explanation on it here somewhere but can't find it.

I have a 2002 with a ALH engine code. I get the Quantity Adjuster (N146): Lower Limit Reached P1563 and I've been told adjusting the hammer mod will take care of that

I would like to see some pictures of how this is done
