Hey, this is my first post here after reading many threads about ALH power/efficiency upgrades. I have a 2003 Jetta (255km) that has Egr/cooler deleted. I bought it with siezed turbo vanes and a bad actuator. I’m sick of no boost and am ready to pull the trigger on a gtd2060vz. I also have a set of used .260s, used upgraded clutch, 3 bar map, and an almost complete 2.5” exhaust system (was cut off between flex pipe and turbo, planning to weld to make it work), none of which is on the car yet. Because money is tight, I can’t afford to do all the upgrades I want at once (11/12mm pump, FMIC, BFI mounts, headstuds, lift pump, @burpod tune, BRM intake, etc), so I’m wondering what order I should do all these upgrades in, and what other ones I should be thinking of. I’m planning to have the motor and Trans pulled this winter to do this work so what are some other things I should do while everything is apart? Also wondering what I need to do for turbo charge/intake pipes for a gtd2060. Thanks for any input on this topic.
