Looking for input on running this turbo with these nozzles. I also was considering the GTB2260VKLR. Has anyone ran this turbo and if so how did it work out? I would be happy to increase nozzles later. ALH engine code. 3 in down pipe.

According to gottuned.com, you'll need .260 injectors. I believe the PP764s are .230, they'll work with low IQ #s, just won't make full use of the potential of the turbo, mebbe you'll only make 250hp. Lol, that's still a lot for an ALH.
Hopefully you've beefed up the engine internals.

PP764 tiny injectors for that turbo, even Race520 injectors are too small

Get a 1756vk or a gtb2056vk. If youre considering vklr turbos then a gtb2060vklr will do nicely. As above nozzles are small, a min of 0.260 are required. I had a similar setup years ago on a b5 Audi a4 with a AHH 90 bhp engine with a ported head, factory fitted 11mm pump, bosio race 520 nozzles, a bv43a CHRA in bv43 housings from a pd 2.0 tdi, ARL head bolts, forged rods, etc. the car was insanely fast up to 100 Mph, I could outrun a friends corrado vr6 ! Sadly I crashed the car and scrapped the car then later on my ex got rid of the engine I had in the garage...
As the others say, you have the mods to get a fast car there, think of a good clutch because my setup ripped the DMF apart !

Was your car still drivable with the pp764 5 or 7 hole nozzles? I will have 11mm injection pump. Could I drive the car for say 1 or 2 months before changing the nozzles? Or is it so underfueled that this is not even possible?

@MrBigTruck how is your turbo lag with your current setup? Also, what injection pump are you running? Thanks
The turbo lag is slightly more than a stock turbo. It is a ball bearing turbo with a pretty fast spool. You mainly have to keep your RPMs up and you won't notice much lag at all. It is an 11mm pump.

I just got a GTB2365VK (a modified 2260) for the other car I’m building. You can read about that car here: https://forums.tdiclub.com/index.php?threads/gti-tdi-build.511689/
