I converted my edc16 2.0 pd to electric actuator im usong a 6nw 008 412 mercedes actuator we changed tge frequency to 140hz and all the actuator does is wobbles a bit but its not predictable zero boost control also i did wire the missing ground a ground to the acuator . Any ideas ?

Are you sure it is 140hz servo?

Hella/Garrett 6NW 008 412
12V, 300Hz PWM
Pin 1 = 12V
Pin 2 = GND
Pin 4 = PWM (12V)

It was just copy paste from Turbodiesel.fi -forum.

Good to know.

Have you tried any 300Hz servo? 6NW 009 228 should be 300Hz PWM -model.

Is there a DTC regarding N75 circuit open or similar? Resistance on servo is much higher than the solenoid. Try to wire the N75 temporarly parallel with the servo PWM input and +12V.

Is the PWM signal 5v or 12v? I tried the opposite way, use edc17cp14 H bridge servo output to output PWM, but the driver or are least the connection from the driver to one of the single pin PWM outputs is missing in my ecu. I ended up using the feedback signal of the stock DC actuator to make a PWM sigal to drive the solenoid. ****ty but it works.

Awesome news, can't wait to see an older TDI directly using an electronically actuated turbo!!
