I would be interested in a set assuming everything is kosher after the first round.

Somebody send me an e-mail with the details of changing injectors (special tools, procedures, potential problems, etc.) I think I read somewhere a vagcom is needed. If it is, can the car be driven before it is tuned?

BTW. My car's an '03 with 1031 miles, if everything goes right, there will still be well under 5000 miles on my injectors for those with automatics that would be willing to help me offset the cost of my upgrade, but that is a little way into the future.

Ok we have the VW part numbers for these injectors.

What about the Bosch numbers? Then I can check my cross reference to see what nozzles are in there.

Bosch number on th holder looks like this: 0 432 193 XXX

If it says 0 986 430 XXX then they are rebuilt.

Need to know the XXX to know what is inside.

Here's an update. I got my samples ( as you can see on the picture ). THe money has been transfer for the first 10 sets. 21 sets will be delivery for sure. After that, i really don't know.

I got many emails of complain about the 'list'. So i'll see how i will handle it. One thing is quite sure, KERMATDI, will handle the selling for the guys over the border..

The price will be slightly higher..Not much, it's because i forgot to include the shipping ( from Germany to here and custom taxes ).

PSS: The bosch number is 0 432 193 747 (190/300bar) for the 0.205

If Kerma is handling the US shipments, maybe he can spot check the sets for a nominal fee to make sure we don't get the "clogged from the factory" problem.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Good idea! HAve KERMA look 'em over and make sure the pressure is correct, etc. For a nominal extra fee of course. That way when you receive them, you can install them worry free.
