I have half of my glow plug harness not getting any voltage, I tested the the 2 wires that lead into the harness and one gets 12v and the other nothing. Are they both supposed to be 12volts?

I read 5 pages of the GP v2 thread and couldn't find it.

have you stripped the wire loom (plastic split sleeve) and looked for the break?
I believe the glow plug relay is under the dash driver's side next to relay 109

All 4 get voltage. Did you cycle the key on for each one? Glow plugs only stay on for a certain amount of time so hard to check all 4 in a row. Do it on a cold engine so they run longer. I had the multimeter on the windshield so I could see as soon as I hit the key.

disconnecting the ECT sensor before turning the key to ON will give you about 20 seconds to test your voltages...
