The Notary herself shaded the raised seal with a pencil when I explained to her that I needed to scan it into a pdf and upload it. The seal is readable in the pdf. Those of you who uploaded your paperwork that has been notarized are you doing anything to make it easier to read ?
Some one suggested shading it with a pencil or is it easy enough to read ?
If the notary has the option of an ink seal, have them use that instead. Don't understand why people still use the raised seals (and especially, why they use them exclusively). Those of you who uploaded your paperwork that has been notarized are you doing anything to make it easier to read ?
Good luck with the surgery.....now am having surgery tomorrow that can't wait. IRONY.

My sense is that once you get to this point, it moves relatively quickly.Received email this morning on the "final offer". Will notarize the documents and upload tomorrow. The offer amount was the same as the original estimate. One step closer....
I had my first one rejected... The notary ink smudged the raised seal but it wasn't legible enough to suit them. Had to reprint and get notarized again... Went to my local dealer and their notary had an ink seal. Re uploaded... Hope it is accepted soon...If the notary has the option of an ink seal, have them use that instead. True, and it's always struck me as pointless and redundant, because the notary's seal pretty much always includes that information. Most, if not all documents, ask or have a place for the date the Notary's commission expires.
What's the official date on your letter?Offer letter received!

Car is sitting in the driveway...already bought another diesel (GMC Canyon). What are the odds this happens to me again?
Thanks to all for the updates and suggestions!
Same as mine.Good question...11/3/16. Either there was a systems issue like others commented on this forum or they processed a batch of letters on the same day and are working through the widgets to get them out.
I'll double check and see what I put. Is it an invite to log into portal, meaning that periodically logging in to claims site will show you the same thing as the email?General consensus seems to be to scan everything. If you've checked the box in the claims portal for email communication, expect the email. I don't recall seeing anyone say they've gotten a letter via snail mail.
I just bought a Diesel Canyon too! Still waiting on my offer letter though.Offer letter received!
