I am looking to get some suggestions on replacements for speakers and tweeters that drop in. That can hold 40 watts rms. I will be installing my alpine mrp 250 to run them. Thanks for any suggestions

Most of the speaker pairs that are available on Crutchfield sound great. The trick is to install them well. Sound dampening, foam rings to prevent the sound wave from bouncing around inside the door, clean power and well recorded music will go a long way.

Infinity Kappa components sound great and are not absurd money. Make sure to get some dynamat extreme to get the area around the speakers insulated and if you can, fit mdf rings onto the surface that the speaker mounts to, then the speaker over that.
