Golf mk3 1z engine control module 68-pin wiring

Hi

I need your help for Golf mk3 1.9 TDI 1z engine - 1996 year

I need to know for MAF, 13 Brown/Red G70 Air Mass Meter, and 19 Red/Green G70 Air Mass Meter are for what ?

MAF Signal (output)
12 Volts DC
5 Volts Reference (provided by ECM)

I need to test MAF, but I cant test it without this information.

Should be
MAF Signal (output) = pin 6
12 Volts DC = pin 3
5 Volts Reference (provided by ECM) = pin 1
