hey, i have a golf 5 2.0 tdi that i bought recently and its running on low power so the thing that i noticed is that when under 2k rpm there is no power and no boost but when above 2k theres comes power but the thing is when i reach 2k i need to lift my foot and then accelerate again so the power comes and the boost kicks in otherwise it will be just like when im under 2k rpm and it wouldn't exceed like 3k rpm so what could the problem be ?
Note: ( i removed the turbo and cleaned the vanes and its in a really good condition and changed the turbo actuator because the old one was just stuck + i have the egr system deleted its blocked by a piece of metal on the exhaust side ) i recorded some videos of the turbo actuator when reving and the actuator isn’t moving correctly also i scanned it and the codes are below (sorry they are in french ) :
