Headliners self destruct at this age. Even if you find a good one it will not last long and start failing. The best way is to redo it with new material or have someone redo it. The foam padding just decomposes. One day it all looks good and then another day you wonder what happened. Same with the door panels. Leather ones tend to get by because it all holds the shape better.
