Maybe they've implemented some cross-checking of VINs recently--it would make sense for them to do so, but a few weeks ago, at least, they weren't doing that.
Maybe that's why mines been stuck. I had no issue registering my VIN again. When you say you resubmitted under a different e-mail address, how did you do that?
I tried to go to the site and do it, but it asked me for the VIN and said "sorry that VIN is already registered to another account" or something like that.
I received an error message like that when I tried entering my VIN into my existing claim portal account where the car is already registered, but yours is the first case I've heard of a VIN being rejected under a new account. When you say you resubmitted under a different e-mail address, how did you do that?

You're probably not too far behind me. Check my sig. A little more patience. They'll more than likely be getting to you in the next week or two.I called today about mine after sitting on Step 15 since mid November and they said there is no time frame for when the offer will be sent. They have zero information and were zero help. Guess I'll call one of the attorneys next.
