Gear Display in all driving modes DSG

Is it possible to enable the gear to be displayed all the time while in D or S modes? Instead of only in Tiptronic mode or using paddles (when it displays briefly) 2015 GSW DSG

From what I read, only if you get it tuned from say Malone or Kerma. Few times I’ve seen it online was only on tuned cars. Don’t know if it’s engine or DSG tune. Guessing DSG tune.

Didn't get it on my Malone tune; just chatted with one of the guys there, though, and he said that the MQB DSG software is quite different and doesn't alway display - said it could be added the next time I drop by.

only thing I've seen it being able to be done with just VCDS is on Asin slushboxs on the MQB not the DSG.

AFAIK any DSG tune for the MQB will show gear indication on dash (not just locked into kerma or malone).
