Fumoto Valve

I am considering ordering the above Fumoto Valve to make oil changes easier for my 99 TDI Golf. Does anyone know if my particular TDI needs the Adapter (ADP-106)?? The parts (valve with nipple and adapter) are $31.95 from fumotovalve.com....decent price? Any info appreciated.

Well assuming your '99 is an A4 yes you do need the adaptor. You will get a better price at Greg Landuyt's http://www.lubespecialist.com/fumoto/import.htm
