Fuel pump

I have a 2003 Jetta TDI, it has sat for years unless I spray some WD-40 in the intake continuously. I have primed and bled the injectors, changed the fuel filter, and I changed fuel pump. I don’t believe I'm getting power to fuel pump or enough power, I think I need 12 to 13 volts and definitely not getting that. Being that it sat for awhile I am thinking wires may have been chewed but I don’t know what wires are going from engine back to the fuel pump under the backseat. If anyone has any ideas, thoughts, or anything to help I would appreciate it Thanks.

Welcome to the club!

I'm not sure I understand that sentence, but don't spray combustibles into the intake, you risk severe engine damage by doing so.
I have primed and bled the injectors,
If you loosen the nut on top of each injector one at a time and crank the engine, you should get strong spurts of fuel. If not, the system has lost prime.

Your car does not have a fuel pump under the back seat unless you or a previous owner added one. The only factory wires under there are for the fuel gauge.

Yeah I missed a whole sentence in that first part. There was a fuel pump in the back under the seat, I did not install it, it looks like it was factory. I have primed and then bled the injectors and fuel was shooting out where you loosen the nuts. It will start for a brief second or two then die after that. I have bought a new injector solenoid but have not installed it yet.
