Hi, everyone. I have a ‘01 Golf ALH TDI, and I’m looking to upgrade her fuel injectors. I’m looking at DLC1019s, but I’ve also got my eye on DLC764s.
Current setup:
- Stock injectors
- VNT-17 turbo
- Stage 2 clutch
- Stock intercooler
- Ported head
- Stage 2 camshaft
- Stage 3 RocketChip tune (waiting on an RC4)

I want to upgrade the injectors as much as I can without having to do any additional supporting mods. Can I put 764s in on my current setup, or should I just go with 1019s? If I can do 764s, are there any major drawbacks over the 1019s? Thanks!

Ask your tuner, Jeff, before you buy anything. He's your best bet for info on the choices if he is going to tune it

Agreed, talk to Jeff. 1019s are the equivalent of .216s and i’ve had those with a vnt17 and they work well.
