Hello All. An opportunity is coming my way that will provide me with a new Vehicle. I currently own 3 cars, and honestly, I don't want a 4th. However, with the growing family, selling the Jetta TDI Sport is probably the best move. However, I won't give it away for free, and I wont part out. My brother in law has offered to drive/buy it f I can't sell it. So here it is.

2004 Jetta TDI sport edition. PG.
Modded, yes.
Safety, yes!

6 SPEED. BIG TURBO. STAGE 2 CAM. BIG INJECTORS. FMIC.
GLI SKIRT PACKAGE. GLI FRONT AND REAR LIGHTS.
R32 ARISTO 18" RIMS. KONI COILS. R32 BRAKES.
2.5" FULL TURBO BACK EXHAUST WITH MAGNAFLOW.
FULL SERVICE. TB DONE LAST SUMMER. 7K SINCE.

700-800km in city, 1000+ on highway. Many more options not listed.
I'd guess 200+ HP.

265,000 KM. Im looking for in the Ball park of 10k. I am fliexible for the right offer. I realize its a hard sell, but its worth a try.

Parked my car, and a guy in a BMW approached me about my golf. Said he regrets selling his chipped/tuned mk4 TDI, but hated the short 5th gear. Told him about the different 5th gears he could have had installed. Was pissed Miro at Euroline didn't suggest the mod as it was his biggest gripe. Hd talked about getting into a newer TDI for the 6th gear.

Told him about this 6gear modded '04 sled some jackass was selling. He was interested, so I passed on your number(thanks to Omega).

Sooooo........... if you sell it to a dude named Jamie that some guy in a black Golf refered him to you, Omega and I are expecting beers, souvlaki's, gyro's and some feta in return.

For the sake of saving time. No offer less then 9500 will be accepted at this point. If it doesn't sell for that, I'll address it at a later date. With all the emails, pm's, messages, BBM's, I don't see a need to sell it for any lower at this point. I want to sell it, I don't have to sell. So trying to wait me out might not work. Not trying to be a malaka, but I have responded to at least 15 emails/pms today alone. My hands hurt!

people lowballing you already; guess they don't really know what it's worth, or they're looking for a deal.

like i said in the e-mail i sent ya, i am serious about it (pending seeing the car, drive it, make sure everything works and is nice and tight like you said) and i can do 9K but if others offer you more then that, or if someone else has contacted you about it b4 i did, then by all means let it go to them

Take a look at prices on autotrader and kijiji... Bone stock cars with a few less km's going for SLIGHTLY less...
It's obvious this has been well taken care for in TDIMAXIMA's hands... You don't have to worry about the potential CAM problems like other PD's because that's already been taken care of... All these upgrades are already done, IMO this is a pretty damm good deal!
If I didn't love my wagon so much, IT would be up on Kijiji right now and I'd be all over this like a dirty shirt...

i dont see why you should entertain any offer less then your asking price - its already undervalued for what it is. Granted its higher then market value but technically your not comparing apples to apples.

$10,000 is a steal when you consider what it is. People worried about it being a "modded car" and under appreciating the value should probably shop elsewhere.

Thats my $0.02 at least.

For me, the mods don't concern me nearly as much as how I'd get it serviced. I don't have a "Brandon" around KW, so I'd have to rely on local talent when I couldn't do the work myself.

Is the car, the way it is now, something that dealer techs could reasonably service, or would I need someone with specialized knowledge to work on it?
